The chart below ranks the counties in the Salt Lake area for number of homes sold. Highlighted in yellow are the leading figures for each category. Salt Lake County has the highest number of properties sold while Summit has the highest prices. Weber County is the only county with a decreasing average number of days a property is on the market until sold. Weber also enjoys the lowest average home prices.
